Meet Dr. Eric A. Cole
MD, FACS
Meet Dr. Eric A. Cole; a board-certified surgeon specializing in cosmetic and reconstructive oculofacial plastic surgery who has been practicing in Kitsap County since 1999. He is an expert in today’s most advanced and state-of-the-art techniques in facial enhancement and rejuvenation, including laser-assisted and small incision procedures. Dr. Eric Cole began SKY Med Spa to help his clients embrace their aesthetic possibilities and become more confident in their everyday lives.
Dr. Cole knows that aging is part of life, but we don’t have to show it. He is currently the only fellowship-trained oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgeon in the West Sound area. In addition to consistently attending and participating in educational activities related to facial plastic surgery, Dr. Cole has actively pursued advanced post-fellowship training to fine-tune and add to his skillset. As a result, he has certifications in full-body tumescent liposuction, hair transplantation, and restoration disciplines.
Dr. Cole is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a Fellow of the American Society of Ophthalmic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS), the American Academy of Surgeons (FACS), and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (AACS). MD, FACS
Dr. LauKaitis has earned the trust and respect of both his clients and medical community through his education, excellence in surgical skills and his warm demeanor. His unique training and focus in both cosmetic and reconstructive facial and eye surgery helps Dr. LauKaitis provides his clients with a comprehensive individualized treatment plans.
Anita, RN
Anita has been with Cole Aesthetic Center for 10 years. She has experience in all areas of the practice. Currently she manages all aspects of the surgery center including overseeing our AAAHC certification. She is a graduate of the University of Montana-Northern. Anita has a gift for putting clients at ease and ensuring all their concerns are addressed. Outside work she enjoys the outdoors, gardening, and sightseeing.
Larissa, RN, LME
Registered Nurse / Master Aesthetician
Larissa is a highly skilled aesthetic nurse injector and master aesthetician with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best. With a foundation in advanced skincare and medical aesthetics, she combines an artistic eye with clinical expertise to deliver natural, balanced results.
With 15+ years of experience in aesthetics, Larissa specializes in facial rejuvenation, neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and advanced skin treatments. Her holistic approach ensures every treatment plan is customized to enhance each client’s unique features while maintaining harmony and authenticity. Dedicated to ongoing education and innovation, she enjoys staying at the forefront of aesthetic trends and injection techniques to provide the highest level of care and safety.
In her free time Larissa loves the outdoors and regularly hikes, backpacks, and spends time with her big hound dog Sully.
Lauren Byerly, LME
Master Aesthetician
Lauren is a Master Esthetician with four years of hands-on experience and a genuine love for helping clients achieve healthy, glowing skin. Born and raised in Washington, Lauren brings a warm, personalized, and down-to-earth touch to every treatment. She specializes in customized facials, chemical peels, and skin rejuvenation, blending results-driven techniques with a deeply relaxing experience. Known for her gentle touch and expert skincare guidance, Lauren believes the best results come from caring for both the skin and the person.
Lisa Christman, LME
Master Aesthetician
Lisa Christman is a Licensed Master Esthetician with a strong foundation in health, rehabilitation, and advanced skincare. Born and raised in San Diego, California, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine and spent over 20 years working in
Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, developing a deep understanding of the human body and patient care.
Following several military relocations, Lisa embraced the opportunity for a career transition and pursued her passion for esthetics. She trained at the Gary Manuel Aveda Institute and went on to earn her Master’s in Esthetics from the Washington Laser Institute. Lisa is a
double-boarded Master Esthetician, combining advanced technical expertise with a patient-centered approach.

Allison
Cosmetic Consultant, Surgery Coordinator
Allison is the Cosmetic Consultant and Surgery Coordinator for Cole Aesthetic Center and has been with the practice almost 10 years. She is a Native of Kitsap County and has worked in customer service roles for the past 17 years. She has focused on aesthetics for the past 10 years. She has a passion for cosmetic skin care products and treatments, formerly providing HydraFacial treatments to our clients. As a consultant, Allison prides herself on staying well informed on the products and services offered at Cole Aesthetic Center and enjoys spending time educating clients on their treatment options. As a surgery coordinator, Allison is the point person for creating a seamless experience and ensuring all the details are in order. In her free time, Allison enjoys traveling and attending concerts with her husband Henry and doting on her two cats Iggy and Townes.
Cari
Front Office Manager
Cari is our Front Office Manager. She has a hand in everything, from insurance verification, scheduling, and marketing. That is, when she is not fixing all things “IT” in the practice. Cari has just recently settled down in the area with her family. Having worked in customer service for many years, she enjoys helping and meeting new people. In her free time, you can find her at the gym, cooking, or exploring/traveling.
Brandi, CMA, AAS
Certified Medical Assistant
Brandi is a Certified Medical Assistant. Born and raised in Port Angeles, Washington. She has now planted her roots in Kitsap County. Brandi’s clinical experience includes Optometry, Oncology/ Infusion Services, Family Practice, Urgent Care, and Dermatology. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.
Celina, CMA
Certified Medical Assistant
Celina is a Certified Medical Assistant with a background in Integrative and Natural Medicine. She also spent many years as a Certified Ophthalmologist Assistant. Celina enjoys the versatility of the medical field and the never-ending learning opportunities. On her off time you’ll find Celina spending time with her kids or playing hockey whenever she gets a chance.

Astri is our happy-go-lucky Client Service Representative with 20 years of customer service. Originally from Norway, she has now been in the state of Washington for 25 years. Astri takes pride in welcoming all clients, guests, and families with a smile. Always providing the help necessary to ensure an efficient and positive experience with our clinic. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, baking, and crafting just about anything you can imagine.

Mel is a Client Service Representative and a Registered Medical Assistant. She has worked in the healthcare industry for 20 years. Previous experience includes certified nursing assistant, medication technician, and surgical coordinator. Melanie prides herself on providing 5-star customer service. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, puzzles, crafts, yoga, board games, the outdoors, concerts, traveling, and especially spending time with family and friends.
